It wasn't easy leaving Silverdale. Our church family was just amazing and they will be greatly missed as we journey east. We weren't even in the area a year and it felt it was longer than we've been any where else. After church we joined many at Olive Garden b/f getting on the road.
SO.... our first stop for the night is at the Mount St. Helens area. We actually attempted to drive up to the observatory area but after reaching 2000ft. elevation it was so white with fog we turned around... we are in a hotel tonight and plan to attempt a visit back to the mountain in the morning b/f heading down to the Columbia River Gorge along the Oregon and WA state border. There we plan to make a short stop Multnomah Falls...
SO... stay tune- MORE TO COME as we journey east. (that is IF we stop where there is internet at night...)

Sorry we didn't make OG but Arlene couldn't handle another Goodbye. Love you guys and you will be dearly missed. Looking forward to your blogs....Mike
