What's UP?

Well besides staying inside b/c of the heat or making a trip over to the pool- we're still playing softball and this time I have pics to share compliments of a dedicated fan. The season ended on Fri. night but tournaments are coming up. I've had a great time playing with this group of new friends. OH and yes I have finally realized that my body is no longer a young one. I also realized that I definately have to stretch, I can't run as fast as I use to, and I can't last as long as I'd like while playing sports... although I do nothing in the field but stand there since NO balls come my way but thank goodness b/c I would prefer for them NOT to come my way. It's a blast... I wish the season wasn't coming to an end.

ALSO... check out the progress of our deck. Jamie has been working on it for about 3 weeks now. Yes, he's out in the steamy-hot heat working his tail off. I've tried getting him to take it slow but he's insisting on getting it done. I just keep taking the water out by the jug-fulls to keep him hydrated. We can't wait for it to be done so we can enjoy the afternoons out together.

OH... check out the nice pretty "strawberry" on Jamie's leg. That was from a pretty play he pulled off playing short-stop at the game on Fri. It's the worst "strawberry" I've ever seen.
