Me and my brother...

This is a pic of me with my brother. He despises the camera- as you can see- but I'm one lucky girl to be able to get this shot so I'm proud of it. He's 5 yrs older than I am (which btw-I'll be 32 this month.) For those of you that do not know... he was in a really bad motorcycle wreck on Labor Day. He's a walking miracle. The doctors don't have an explanation as to why he didn't die b/f he got to the ER in the helicopter. Along with many other injuries- his aorta shattered and he was bleeding internally. By the power of prayer- God was listening and wasn't ready for him. It was a long journey- especially for mom- while he lay there in the hospital for those months. Most of that was while he was unconscious and in the trauma unit. I'm so thankful for all those prayers b/c he is here. I love him so much. He still has a long journey ahead after loosing his leg but he's tough and will survive and overcome all obstacles. Just wanted to share this photo b/c like I said....I am so proud of it.
